"I have often happened to this little place on my travel, and last night decided that it was about time that I siped into the inner. what a triumphal decision was it! this scenic little Italian bistro has bundles of charm, with packages of pasta hanging from the lights along the walls and it is filigree tied architecture brings a smile into my face. the restaurant was quiet, but the waiter who served us (who I think also makes the whole kitchen! it was the most polite service I had ever received in a restaurant in edinburgh, very personally. we were supplied with very nifty antique looking cutlery (picture, monograms and glittering, which summarizes the attention to detail in the service at inca. the food arrived quickly and without problems; I chose a pizza pollo while my partner went for the carbonara and we split a garlic brot. the crumbs in the cheese of the pizza were exactly right, the teig fluffy and not too crispy, and the huh has spread out beautifully, still plentiful. the carbonara had exactly the correct amount of seasoning, cheesy and bright yellow as it should be. the garlic bread was slightly crippled around the edges, and occasionally something too crispy for them, but I feel that this perfectly balances the other textures of the meal. I loved it inca. very nice eating of a really nice person. much quieter than many of the other Italian restaurants around the city and offer them quite a lot at the price. definitely worth a go if you want to ventilate from the more established names in edinburgh when they have a wee taste of italia."

beautiful small family-run Italian restaurant with a cozy feeling, friendly charismatic service and a very tasteful menu. the restaurant itself deceives, named after an old South American civilisation and any decoration with nazca line symbols on it, but this only adds to the overall character of the eises. I recommend sorbet in a hollow orange.

my wife and I traveled through edinburgh and we were looking for a place to eat, and when I saw inca, I thought honestly, it was medium, but this italian place was absolutely fantastic. the man who served us was very human, friendly and polite, and that is before we even got to eat. we hunted pizza, and it was definitiw one of the best pizza we had, and definitiw the best pizza we had in Scotland. very reasonable price for an excellent meal. My wife and I were traveling through Edinburgh and looking for a place to eat when we stumbled upon Inka. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, but this Italian restaurant turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and polite from the moment we walked in. We ordered pizza, and it ended up being one of the best pizzas we've ever had, definitely the best in Scotland. The prices were very reasonable for such an excellent dining experience.

A quirky little place with an old-school Italian vibe about the decor and classic Italian menu. Whilst I am cautious about a place that has a huge number of items on the menu, and this one does, nonetheless the food we ordered was really good and not too expensive. The proprietor is a character, a slightly eccentric old Italian who is warm and friendly and seems to treat his regulars with real affection. That said he does do everything and this means the service can be a bit random and haphazard. I’m glad we were first to arrive as there is no real system for service. If you turn up and he is in the kitchen, just sit down and don’t wait to be seated or you’ll be waiting for ages. Don’t be in...
