"I have often happened to this little place on my travel, and last night decided that it was about time that I siped into the inner. what a triumphal decision was it! this scenic little Italian bistro has bundles of charm, with packages of pasta hanging from the lights along the walls and it is filigree tied architecture brings a smile into my face. the restaurant was quiet, but the waiter who served us (who I think also makes the whole kitchen! it was the most polite service I had ever received in a restaurant in edinburgh, very personally. we were supplied with very nifty antique looking cutlery (picture, monograms and glittering, which summarizes the attention to detail in the service at inca. the food arrived quickly and without problems; I chose a pizza pollo while my partner went for the carbonara and we split a garlic brot. the crumbs in the cheese of the pizza were exactly right, the teig fluffy and not too crispy, and the huh has spread out beautifully, still plentiful. the carbonara had exactly the correct amount of seasoning, cheesy and bright yellow as it should be. the garlic bread was slightly crippled around the edges, and occasionally something too crispy for them, but I feel that this perfectly balances the other textures of the meal. I loved it inca. very nice eating of a really nice person. much quieter than many of the other Italian restaurants around the city and offer them quite a lot at the price. definitely worth a go if you want to ventilate from the more established names in edinburgh when they have a wee taste of italia."
