"Gerade den großen Chilli/Cheese Burger gegessen und was soll ich sagen....sensationell lecker. Das Fleisch frisch und lecker, der Belag des Burgers genauso. Die selbstgemachte Soße ist ein Traum. Auch die Pommes sind genau richtig, keine weichen Gummisticks und keine Stixis sondern genau richtig. Dazu keinerlei TK-Zeugs , von mir ein großen Daumen nach oben. Dazu super netter Besitzer dem man erstens anmerkt, dass er sein Handwerk versteht und zweites, dass er Spass daran hat. Er lässt einen auch seine selbstgemachten Soßen probieren und die waren alle richtig geil. Ich vergebe auch beim Ambiente 5 Sterne, aber hier gilt es zu beachten, dass die Möglichkeit vor Ort zu Essen nur an zwei Tischen möglich ist. Aber das Konzept zielt nach natürlich auf Mitnahme des Essens ab, was absolut ok ist."

Durch die Briefkasteneinwurfaktion erst richtig aufmerksam geworden und … wow, einfach wow. Das war zwar das erste Mal, aber nicht das Letzte! Wirklich lecker, sowohl Sandwich als auch die Pommes!

Für ein Sandwich zwischendurch wohl wirklich die Wahl in der Umgebung. Insgesamt gibt es nicht viel Auswahl, aber dabei findet sich für jeden was. Die Karte macht einen sehr durchdachten Eindruck. Diese schmecken dann auch noch fantastisch und werden mit Liebe zubereitet. Dazu der freundliche Besitzer der einfach zeigt was er kann. Vielleicht nicht günstig, Aber definitiv jeden € Wert. Kommt auf meine Liste, wenn es mal was schnelles und gutes sein soll.

Die Erstbestellung war der Cheesburger, welcher schon sehr lecker war. Bei der Verabschiedung meinte der Chef die Sandwitches sein genial und noch besser. Von der Neugierde getrieben dauerte es nicht lange bis ich ein Sandwitch probierte. Es sollte das Philadelphia Cheese Steak sein und er hatte recht. Dieses war sehr lecker und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Freue mich schon drauf die anderen zu probieren. Bis bald und weiterhin gutes gelingen mit solch einen guten Qualität.

My wife, yesterday with driving service, first drank her usual averna (EUR 3.10 and then another alcohol-free Franciscan wheat (EUR 3.90 ; in my case it was first an alcohol-containing Franciscan yeast wheat (EUR 0.5l 3.90 and then two glass Grauburgunder (0.2l EUR 6.90 from Karl Petgen winery). This Grauburgunder is for me exactly as a safe bank as the Riesling of Petgen Dahm; in both wines, you can make absolutely nothing wrong. As already mentioned, I cannot say much about other drinks at the table (Cremant, Merlot, Montepulciano and mineral water. The daily menu 1 for EUR 36,50 was, as already mentioned, the hit at our table: Fried scampi on red wine butter, with cauliflower puree Iberico pork fillet in Pommery Senfkruste, with Chicorée Champignongemüse and married Nougat Crême Brulée. Previously, there was a small glass of graypes, table laces and horseradish as a greeting from the kitchen, as well as a kind of Bonsai cheese biscuits; very picant and absolutely harmonious. Very tasty also the first gang, with a house like the brewery simply wouldn't have to call it shrimps as scampi from my point of view. Either way, the sea dwellers were absolutely cooked to the point; I would have liked to have had more of it, especially since I did not know it in combination with red wine butter. Perfect the Iberico pig; also here the cooking point hit wonderfully, very great the married, the chcorée Champignongemüse I would not have missed if it had not been on the plate. When eating the Nougat Crême Brulée, I forgot that I don't really like Nougat. That's something to say. Up.
