"For me, this is “down there”. “Below” is Tübingen transneckarbrueckia, a corner where I usually get more rare. “Below” is also Istanbul, where I have never eaten despite many years of tradition. Half a punk I am “down there” and I am expected. The Neckarbrückenzinsereck radiates into a new and latent confusing shine after reconstruction, expansion and change of traffic. Everything is not finished, and here and there are still metal combs that span the gravel and building pits. Crossing the road is a patience game thanks to gangway-wide reindeers in the Indiana Jones Death Ball procedure, at some point the traffic lights are reached and I can finally leave the lady and say a round of hell. A system-gastronomic-practical vault is located on the right side of the entrance and the connoisseur probably grabs one of the finished trays at this point.... Laie forgets this and just order it. The card is mounted behind the counter, the selection of dishes for a snack quite large. In the background, two still well-stocked dungeons rotate their pirouettes, from botany supplements and mower cheese cubes wait for their addition to dunes and co. In addition to what is necessary for the dungeoning, there is also a selection of daily dishes that look appetizing and are served with rice, salad, fladen bread and apparently free tea. But I had no döner for ever and ordered my Döner-Frankenstein variant “Döner ohne” – only with meat and tomatoes. I have to repeat through subtle speech confusion, but the desire is fulfilled. Not even a light bite wanders through the lower slide of the Dönerrasierermann, who executes my order. At checkout I also order water – self service – self-service, in front of the refrigerator next to the entrance door. Front is Istanbul pretty white – bright tables, white tiles. Three steps higher, Istanbul is rather dark – dark ground, dark tables. To do this quietly orientalfolklore from the speaker. We sit back and forth and swirl the salad and the bread of Mr. S.... and only a tea of unknown origin. Greetings from the kitchen? Deity? Nerve? You don't know. My dungeon is well seasoned, even if here of course the usual minced meat is used in a spicy way. The rabbit is also crisp and no rubber lobe that stretches the big chewing muscles to the maximum. The tomatoes were fresh and not a semi-frozen tomato parfait, as already experienced elsewhere. Only and only the middle oil lake at the bottom of the diner bag gives a small trigger in the B note. Next time I make a run. From me there are good four stars to the Döner “below”. The terrace is unfortunately little welcoming... Here you sit like on the diner plate, while the complete and massively confused (see change of traffic together with a thousand pupils knock over. I don't have to. From "down there" practically a bus goes back to "up there", where my office is located, so I say and write back in not even ten minutes at the workplace. Respect. Maybe we also try the second notch “under”."

Located directly on the Neckar Bridge, Istanbul is more than just a simple Dönerbude. The dungeon itself is very good there, so the name of the noble notches (an oxymoron, I would be appropriate, it would not be the large number of seats (a few of them outdoors and dishes that load to throw the dungeon on the hand and try something else. It is definitely worth it and also for vegetarians the choice is great enough to have a change even at regular visits.

I don't have far to Istanbul because my office is strategic. Only unintentionally over the Tuebing inner-city main highway and just behind the automatic glass front of Istanbul are the delights of Ottoman cuisine. Although there are also two spikes with the obligatory scrap meat in the variant calf and mental poultry (because the BSE soul times seem to have to be inevitable. ABER... my interest is to find these ever-driving Yufka or Fladenbrotbombs rather seldom because I would normally have to wear after their pleasure.... On the other hand, my view usually wanders along the always enticing four warming tiles of the vase. There are always two dishes with meat and two without animal additive...
