"Although the food was lovely, extensive menu and very attentive staff, my problem was the reluctance to accommodate a specific request with dish choices. I don’t see the problem with swapping a side of rice for chips, both are available on the menu and I would imagine they cost around the same. They refused to do the swap and suggested we order an extra side a crafty tactic to bump up the bill in my opinion!"
