"The pizza I ordered had bruises on the edge. I can't say whether it was mold or not. Still, I didn't want to eat this pizza. I immediately contacted the branch by phone. A somewhat annoyed and unreasonable employee pointed out that they couldn't offer me a credit because they wouldn't receive the money from PayPal for another 6 weeks. Sorry, but that's not my problem as a customer. I declined a pickup and new delivery of the pizza because I no longer had time to wait. I was promised that they would get back to me within two days. I specifically asked for a time here. Now more than a week has passed without any feedback."
