"Das Essen war sehr lecker und günstig. Leider war der Service eher unterdurchschnittlich. Die Tochter von Chef war sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als die aber Feierabend gemacht hat kam keiner mehr fragen ob wir noch Getränke haben wollen oder Nachtisch. Als wir dann nach ner Stunde nach unserem Essen selber beim Chef Getränke und Nachtisch bestellen wollten mussten wir erstmal weitere 10 Minuten warten und dann gab's keinen Nachtisch mehr (alles ausverkauft... um kurz nach 8... Wir haben dann bezahlt und sind gegangen. Wären eigentlich gerne länger sitzen geblieben, da das Ambiente sehr schön ist. Da wir in der Vergangenheit schon einmal ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht haben würden wir das Restaurant leider nur eingeschränkt empfehlen..."

"we have been eating here for several years and like to go to a piece. the entire team is super nice and always for a fun. in the Croatian restaurant there are a total of two larger and a smaller room, as well as a conical away. directly in the evening it is full, but due to the good layout of the tables there is still a pleasant atmosphere. I also care that the restaurant makes a clean impression. this is the case. the choice of dishes is great but not too big. for young and small there are even more smaller portions and the prices are, especially given the size of normal portions, very fair and cheap. we have eaten several times in the last 8 years, with taking the dishes with fish, almost every dish of the card and are not dissatisfied at all times. Eat tastes great. the salate can be joined to the theke itself and the meat is prepared in a round tender and before place. the food can be eaten from the house. parking is available directly in front of the restaurant and on the side of the street. in summer there is also a beautiful beer garden. So who is looking for a good restaurant, a friendly team and tasty eating, should dare a way around here. by wuppertal elberfeld they only need about 15 minutes and the worth, promised!"

"chicken tasty defies the decades and is and remains tasty! the portions are enormous, the salads are always fresh and tasty, well and the chickens unbeatable. the personal is always wonderfully cumpy and the only part is that they only have so small, really tight sitting corners. this has something original, but at the tasty eating I would like to introduce myself to a nice big load too!"

"we were about 2 years ago the first time in the taverne xenios to eat. well that we were not alone there, so the disappointment about eating was great, but we did not let the fun spoil.The salat dry, as if he had been prepared for hours on the tellers, the gyros juiced before fat and the pommes were pappy. everything in all no good food, neither for the eye, nor for the palate.However, the service was funny, so that we had at least a lot of fun on the evening. Nevertheless, our friends and we agreed that we don't need a second time.Ca 2 years later we heard again and again, we would be good and tasty in said local and also passing by, we saw how well visited it is there.So we had to give the restaurant a 2nd chance. on a Sunday evening it was so far. the expectation was not great, but we hoped to be pleasantly surprised. The first thing we noticed was the unpleasant noise. it actually sounded like in a large railway station, although not so many guests were there. it was loud and uncomfortable.We had a place in the middle of the local. there is attached around the tables such a fence. the waiter served us all the time over the cheerful and often quite next to us in passing. that seemed very unfriendly. Feeling comfortable and being welcome, as one expects to be hospitable, did not come up at all. the food was quite sweet. I have to say it was better than 2 years ago, meaning the pommes were no longer mushy and the gyros was ok. the salate was as little projecting as the last time. more but not. in some Greek snacks I get a much better food for less money. there will not be any attempt, for this we are too important a nice evening with good eating in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere."
