"I keep thinking it wont be as bad as last time, it cant be, but how wrong I am. waited 12 minutes in the drive thru to be served with only one car in front of me. All in it took 17 minutes from joining the queue to driving away. I ordered a 2 piece variety meal which should have 2 pieces of chicken, a chicken fillet and two wings and chips. no fillet, that was subbed by a tiny wee bit of a chicken thing of some sort.. No napkin, no salt, no hand wipes. I should consider myself lucky I got a straw this time for my drink. Last time I got a 2 piece meal it was about £6.15. Now it is £7.49 ? aye,, I suppose I am the mug for paying"

Always great and very generous helpings we always leave the place totally full their chips and burgers are really superb. What a contrast to the AWFUL Dumbarton branch! Reccomended.

Visited 19.30pm my daughters Zinger had to be returned it was cold!My chicken was cold as well!I enquired about my coffee? Oh sorry did you want coffee!!!! Lmao yes I do I paid for it !!! Never again avoiding it bins overflowing floor disgusting.

Went through drive through today which was busy. Ordered and then picked up and drove off. Opened bag, straws missing and fries!! To go back round the drive through would have taken 5/10mins due to queue and inside busy ... disgusting service. Will not be back View menu

Did the drive through. Was very VERY rushed, unfriendly. Food was bad standard. Basically a bunch of teenagers who don't care running this place. Don't go here. Take a 5 minute drive up to KFC Great Western retail Park, at the very least your order will be right and your food hot. Never to return.

The reviews are accurate - avoid this restaurant and go to the Clydebank KFC instead. The staff here are rude, with a terrible attitude, and the manager doesn't seem to care. If you must eat here, make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I won't be returning. I'll stick to Clydebank from now on.

Visited this KFC a few days ago with my family. 3 staff members standing chatting not paying attention to customers. No straws supplied for the drinks, no napkins offered. Child’s meal was selected with yogurt, no spoon supplied for the 3 year old to eat it. There was approximately 8 customers in the restaurant at the time surely 3 staff members could cope with offering basic customer service. View menu

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant! I was told to pick up a complimentary party bucket after they messed up my order on Friday. When I went to collect it today, as previously agreed, the staff member denied ever offering this. She blatantly lied to my face, despite knowing she had made the offer. The customer service was disgraceful and I will not be returning to any of their restaurants in the future.

Today, we walked into the restaurant and tried to order using the tablet, but it didn't work and crashed when we tried to pay. We ended up having to order at the counter, which wasn't a big issue, just a bit inconvenient. We ordered two watermelon lime drinks, which were made with very cheap plastic as they leaked in the car on the way back, even though they appeared to be sealed. Additionally, we discovered that fries were missing from our order. It was disappointing to pay for a meal and not receive all the items included.

"live before place and always used to go. was impressed twice recently and both males less than by service. the first time with two friends to lunch and we came and stood under the sign for about 10 minutes, which said to wait to sit. After we were not recognized, we chose our own table and set ourselves. we had to approach 15 minutes, we were just going. as usual, eating was great, which always seems easy to make for the service and convince us to give them another try. in the next week with another group of friends returned to dinner, I said to them, I wasn't thinking about as service was recently bad, but we couldn't get a reservation elsewhere and the others wanted to go here. When I arrived a few minutes after the rest, my friend said to me, she thinks they should have listened to me when the girl she was sitting was really rude. for the first half of our night was the girl that was with us, quite short, and I would say a bit of a bad attitude, very crisp. once smiled, barely looked up and almost bark asking about orders to us. After they left at a point table, we talked to each other, we should ask to speak to a manager, as you were terrible. whether she had overheard us or just had a heart change, it was like at night and day from then. so smiling and chatting and bending back to give good service. because they mask up and his hard to see faces I was really asking it was another girl who had taken over, but I'm 99 sure it was the same girl just a fresh job. as mentioned above, eating is always done very well to the kitchen staff. it's a shame that the service is just what he was earlier and out discussions with others I am definitiw not the only person who thinks that. lorimers has a real opportunity, as I think that the opposite has no good restaurants, so it's a shame that they let themselves down when I'm so often I would try differently before I book here."
