Kfc Gillingham Canterbury Street

Always used to enjoy kfc, haven't had any for years. Tried this outlet today and very disapointed-no flavour to the chicken and chips were long soggy with sfins on-avoid!!!!

Last 2 times I have ordered from here 1st time the order looked like it was chucked into the bag! Just ordered again today reluctantly and this time missing items! Will be giving up with kfc now!

I ordered through Deliveroo and waited 2 and a half hours for the food it then said it had been delivered and it hadn 't ,I had to drive to Gillingham to collect another one after spending £29.00 to be told never mind by a staff member ,they didn 't care and the service was terrible ,spoke to Deliveroo who gave me s refunf

ordered kfc for 2 adults through uber eats some of order missing phoned Canterbury St who said refunds needed to be with uber when my money went into kfc pockets kfc should refund as they prepare the food etc not uber kfc need to either get a new manager in there or re train her as her customer relations leave a lot to be desired and the mouth was abhorrent to say the least

I am writing this review because it is impossible to get in touch with KFC. I ordered a meal through the Uber Eats app and it arrived 10 minutes later (good job Uber). However, the fries were cold and appeared to have been cooked two days ago. The chicken was lukewarm and ended up being fed to the dog. I apologize for the negativity, but I am angry that I spent my hard-earned money on a product that was only suitable for a dog.

For the 3rd time in 4 weeks we have ordered £30+ menus using Just Eat and each time the quality of the cuts has been disgusting every piece of chicken was either a leg or a thigh (35/35), despite that we add NO THIGHS PLEASE in the comments. The fillet burgers also came with mayo included when again we asked for it to be deleted I am allergic to it. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer, Food was delivered stone cold threw it in the bin.

I ordered food through your app but when I arrived at the restaurant, the manager said the app wasn't working and couldn't give me my paid food. This lack of service is appalling and amounts to theft. How is it possible that a reputable establishment like yours is allowed to take money from customers with no consequences? The manager was rude and unhelpful, claiming there was nothing he could do. I also lost a £5 voucher, my money, and left hungry and unsatisfied. Can you please provide an explanation for this situation? The restaurant was also very messy.

My husband, grandson, and I visited the Gillingham KFC this evening. We waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes without moving. Even though we wanted to leave, we were unable to because cars had joined the line behind us. It took us a total of 35 minutes to finally place our order for a 6-piece bucket of chicken. We noticed that the restaurant door was locked, preventing several families from entering due to unforeseen circumstances. We visited this branch on Sunday and it was one of the most stressful experiences for myself and my partner. Firstly we ordered at the counter only to realise after we placed the order that some other customers had been waiting 30mins for their food. Everyone that did get the food had an issue or 2 with missing items. We also had the fries missing x4 out of an order with x4 fries. I mean how does that happen? Observing the staff members frantically moving from one area to another with no actual work being done. One girl chatted with everyone for the whole 30mins and didn't fulfil a single order .
