The worst KFC in the country. Badly run, uncaring staff, food undercooked and sides cold and inedible. Absolutely vile.

Missing buket of chicken, how?? Then when we asked for our missing bucket there was missing fillets??? What a joke idiots

The food was delivered cold and appeared to have been cooked days ago. It was disgusting! I will never eat at KFC again. The prices were too high for such low-quality food.

I waited in line for over half an hour at KFC, only to be told that they were out of chicken. I requested to speak to the manager, and Sabah finally appeared after five minutes. Instead of being polite, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this KFC and do not recommend it to anyone. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to in the country.

I odered via uber eats and delivery did not come. I called KFC Leamore who said it had been delivered and to call uber eats. You cannot get through to uber to EVER speak to anyone and so I have spent £50 which I assume KFC have had my money and has just given my husband a mouthful of abuse down the phone. You need to be SACKED as you have no customer skills and I really do not give a damn how many orders you have coming through.....mine DID NOT ARRIVE AND I AM ONLY INDERSTED IN FEEDING MY CHILDREN! Absolutely shocking establishment. Toilets were locked on arrival. When I went in to the lobby area of the toilet it absolutely stuck of raw sewage Had to use the disabled toilet as I was desperate. Toilet was gross covered in faeces and the sink had no water to wash your hands and no toilet paper to wipe yourself. When I asked if they had any antibac or wipes they said they had none. Then went to get some condements and they had no salt. No napkins and no citrus wipes. They then bought over my food and expected me to eat my salad with no fork and gave me two small pots to eat from when I asked for a large as advertised on the screen when ordering at the self service checkout. I reached out to the manager, who claimed that the land is owned by a third party and he couldn't help with the parking fine. Despite promising to assist with an appeal, he has not responded to my messages. It is clear to me that KFC is the main owner of the land and the manager was not being truthful. I will no longer be returning to this location, despite previously spending £40-60 a week on their food. I urge everyone to avoid this establishment, as the manager's attitude is unsatisfactory. Firstly they didn't have Tropicana, not a major issue but I said I don't fancy any of the other drinks I have a bag of drinks here already brought from another shop. I said, just add hot wings instead please and the manager started the hot wing politics saying they can't swap drinks for wings and I said I'll add the extra money. 30 mins later I got told someone had taken my order. Delivery and drive through were flying out but I was waiting and waiting. At this point I wanted a refund. But they said they're nearly done with my next box. Took 5 mins.
