Lovely views over Egerer Bucht, Very accomodating friendly Service. Beautiful Decor in Tegernsee Bavarian Style. Surprisingly excellent haut cousine presentation and preparation of regional meals. Drlicious. We had to go back a second time.

We went to the place after Tripadvisors recommendation. The value of price/quality/quantity is below medium. The Salad took aprox. minutes to be served allthough there was not high traffic The sevice was nice and polied. Overall out of stars is justified.

Went there with my girlfriend. Ordered a bottle of wine (price was something above After I asked, where the wine was, dint get it so far. After I asked again another waiter... After I went inside and asked...again... After of waiting, we went to another place ! The Location is really nice, but this wont help you... View menu

I have never received such an rude service from a restaurant like that I received from the waiter and the waiter at this place. they always pretend they don't have time to answer their questions, and their answer is full of wut and...grin they can't ask in the menu any explanation to ask. it seemed that they do not like foreigners or they have a negative attitude towards foreigners.

If you want to try perfectly cooked and presented Bavarian food Kirschner is the right place. But not only the cuisine is excellent the Hotelements and Restaurant is perfectly situated at the Tiger see and is a great example of Bavarian architecture. Staff is very...friendly and helpful so all in all a great Place! Guests only have to be aware that only EC cards are accepted in the Restaurant. If you come from abroad make sure you caneed pay with cash.

I attended a conference at the really tacky Seehotel Überfahrt, see separate review, and we had dinner at Kirschner Stuben. They had us set up outside and served the food buffet style. The outside area was very nice and comfortable. The food was very tastefully...set up and the quality was good. The Austrian red wine, which was very good, was served by warm and friendly staff. What a difference a welcomed change from Seehotel Überfahrt... All of the courses were very good and the food was not overcooked. The restaurant was very clean and well set up. The staff was very friendly. To summarize I recommend Kirschner Stuben for events or just a meal for View menu

my family and I recently visited this restaurant and had to go early. we were slowly greeted, rudely taken on our table without as much as a word from the waiter, menus fell on our table, again without a word from the waiter....We were English speaking and the menu is entirely in German. we could have used a lot of help, but they were clearly not willing to offer any. they stayed away from our table for mins until they finally came by to take over our orders (no drink service). we asked if they took credit cards, they said they didn't have cash. they didn't want us. at this point we left and they looked angry and angry. definitiw not recommended for strangers. that is a single local.

we arrived at pm without reservation. they were busy, but still housed and were very friendly. there was a good selection of food in the main menu and on the children's menu. A selection of delicious fresh bread was delivered with a white brot with olive and a roggenbrot with cumin. all the dishes were very good, including suppe, linguini with many fried pfifferling mushrooms, fish, a local chicken dish and wizard carving. spaghetti bolognese for the children came with the sauce and freshly rubbed parmesan on the side so that they could decide for themselves how much to supplement. the local white wine was good. overall a beautiful location, beautiful outdoor and indoor restaurant, very frie...

We have two distinctly different experiences with this restaurant. For lunches we love the option to sit on the terrace and view the lake or the mountains that surround Tegernsee. The lunch menu is relatively wide with some yummy favourites in generous proportions at reasonable...prices to suit most pockets. We have been back several times as a couple, with friends and with family. All of us enjoyed the food and drinks, including wine by the glass and tasty dark beer. Overall this is a good value for money option. Lunch time service can be erratic. It is very popular so book to avoid disappointment.
