On the bottom of the plate there was also a fine mirror of a slightly weak-brown jus or a bit quickly pulled out of the frying set, but this sauce was neither in quantity and taste able to give the plate an independent touch. All in all, however, there was a solid farm that goes much worse, the Baron, a cuvée from Dornfelder, Regent, Spätburgunder and Schwarzriesling, and you don't even think how good a simple wine can taste tea and water after a few weeks.
