The spirited waitress interpreted for us the short menu and the short wine list. At my request, she showed us the bottles. Without our asking, she let us sample wines. Having fun, we forgot about the closing time, 10 pm. No one remined us. We finally stood up at 11:30 pm. I apologized for overstaying, and offered a tip. The lone staffer in the dark kitchen, perhaps the owner, said that the bill included the service. As to my apologies, he said: „We like to have last guests.“ They omitted a small item for the bill. They indeed like last guests!"
