"Our favourite chippy. We come from Sheffield most Fridays. Always fab food. We usually have a mini fish chips and peas, a chips and sausage and then I have a sausage with a side of curry sauce (I'm diabetic so don't eat a lot of carbs and don't have chips because I'd waste them) Today the lovely lady who served put a few chips in the box because she said the box looked empty. So I can now recommend the chips too Fabulous place"

busy, no unhappy, no riddle. Eating is straight up and down chip shop... can be a bit a snake for the toilet tho, so don't leave it too late.

Yummy! Really good fish and chips. Cod was lovely. Light batter. Proper chippy thick gravy and mushy peas. Friendly service. We came in the week, so plenty of seats. Beware weekends!

Great little cafe with friendly staff. It's clean, tasty food and not at a bad price either. Enjoyed many a cup of coffee with a bite to eat here, while checking out the rows of motorbikes through the window.

kostas fishing is excellent. I got him a 5-star rating as for the money they get a lot and eating is nice. I also had a cup tee and that was also nice and the staff was really friendly to x x I will go back x x x

I do like this place, Never had a bad meal So it's the only place I will go in Matlock Bath for my Fish and Chips Only one complaint I didn't like the thinness of the cutlery But apart from that. Great place to eat

I often call here a Sunday morning when I get out on my bike. service is always friendly, breakfast is a good size and value for money as well as well cooked and prepared. the best of the coffee. I'm always astonished as a caffe 's fucking 'instant' coffee. not here, some of the best I had and it was worth calling. park their bike directly outside, drink them and admire the bikes.

I challenge anyone to find a friendlier fish and chip shop… what lovely people! We popped in while on a course and they could not have been nicer, even giving one of us some free chips as they hadn’t ordered anything. The fish and chips taste great and I really like the fact that they do a mini fish, which is actually very generous. Not to much batter and nice and crispy. Very good price as well. Highly recommend.
