"The food was competent Turkish BBQ type stuff, nothing outstanding compared to Turkish food we've had in Britain. The waiting staff were friendly with the people who were obviously the regulars, chatting and laughing with them, shaking hands as they left etc. but they treated us like a fart in a spacesuit, clearly no time for us and no interest in being even remotely welcoming. They did absolutely nothing to stop us being harassed at our table by the street beggars. It seems they're only really interested in the business for their local pals and having to serve outsiders is just an annoyance so I'm guessing they'll be happy to get poor reviews like this if it helps keep the tourists away."

Food is delicious and the whole Restaurant seems very authentic to me. Service was excellent and fast.The only negative aspect: either they don't have an aeration or they did not turn it on, because I smelled like a grilled kebab when I came out of the restaurant.

Honestly, I just pointed at the menu and they brought me my food. They had all the meat laid out in the deli case and the open-kitchen style BBQ pit was cool to watch. They brought my food and I dug in without disappointment. Hold cow was it good! The service was great too. Value: great! What a cool accidental find. Will look for it again.
