"As the most of the restaurants that we visited in Dortmund, Kronen was also excellent in terms of delicious kitchen. You can also have a great beer there which is not surprising. For the foreign tourists beware that their POS terminal is having issues with foreign cards. We tried to pay with 6 different cards and no success. In the end I had to go to the cash machine nearby to draw money for the bill, which is not a good option having in mind the taxes of the ATMs abroad. Another negative was the behavior of the waiter solid, tall, blond woman. She was behaving not kind at all. Not taking the orders, not having proper tone into clients and the top was in the end when their terminal didn't work with the cards. She became nervous and pushing us paying the bill. All this after the fact that we asked if they accept international debit cards, when entered the restaurant in the beginning. They let only one of us to leave the place in order to draw money for the bill this is little bit disrespectful."
