"We were somewhat late to dinner and found La Balestra as we were walking around. It looked nice, and we decided to give it a go . We were not disappointed! It was very quiet, and the service was prompt and friendly. The meals were very good and certainly worth the price. We had a pizza, grilled vegetables, ravioli with butter and black truffles, and another pasta dish with black truffles. All were very good. A local wine and hazelnut cake, which we shared, rounded out the evening. We highly recommend the restaurant."

Nice place. we had a fast breakfast (lunch) with cutting board of excellent salami Marche, with a first (stempered with marquine,) green salad to clean the mouth and a great dessert with a delicate lemon cream. Good wine. recommended.

a really pleasant meal, quality meats, fettuccine cooked at the right point seasoned with a discreet truffle and a sweet jaundice nothing bad. to make the location even more pleasant the presence of a centenary platano over the court where you eat outdoors.

Dear users, one of the places to try the kitchen of urbino is definitely this. By reading the menu, I immediately noticed the affordable prices and not inflated at all. Moreover the quality of the dishes is higher than the average so I suggest to stop here if you have the possibility. The furniture is historical and gives it an added value.

pro: we dined without reservation at the end of August and found us place. characteristic and welcoming place. the dishes are well prepared and the cheeses are really good! courteous and professional boys. Cons: the room with the pizza oven shows lacking finishes and a little mess. the disinfectant that they oate on the tables is very strong and this annoys during the meal. good price quality ratio. recommended.

really excellent experience for originality and quality of the proposals I was told refer to local tradition. inexplicable some reviews at least partially negative that I read while I was eating: compared to them did not even fill the menu (perhaps there was a radical change? . excellent value for money. In short, in the bailamme di crescia, piadine, pizza, offers in all urbino, the dishes of the crossbow are of an unparalleled quality.

transcendental. located in an almost forgotten view (it is found thanks to the advertising located in the main street) in front of the largest platano of Europe, stacked excellent first and excellent seconds cooked to the point but the specialty is mainly mushrooms and truffles, used wisely without exceeding in doses for the right goto in the dishes. I didn't find a truffle restaurant like that. are really one of the oldest restaurants in Italy, with medieval cuisine; reasonable prices, in relation to quality.

"I write this review because unfortunately I could not dialogue with the owner since he does not answer the phone. I did my graduation lunch in this restaurant and the experience was bad. Starting from the menu, pattuito with the owner, with an appetizer, two first (and not tastes of first), cut, contour with salad and cake (produced from an outside pastry shop to the restaurant) from the price of 30€ per person: already to the cutters for the appetizer you noticed a certain food shortage on the table, then to pass to the two first, with yes and no 50g of pasta to each arrived with a center, not There wasn't even a resumption of the same, something at the limits of shame. Passing then for the cut, with also very little quantity. The most total embarrassment was touched on the cake (Millefoglie, with cream cream cream and cream decoration) where the cream had no taste and the frill had a taste of burnt and very bad. The slow, confusing and even rude service, when at the coffee request the waitress communicated to my relative that there was no service at the table, to his answer my relative said that there were no problems and that she would bring it with a saucer at the table and began to make her stories. At the time of the account there was also a disguido with the price, where they also wanted us to pay 40-50€ for the cake when the price set for the whole menu was 30€ per person. Also, at the time of the exit from the restaurant (we were the last remaining) nobody saw, there was not even a greeting from any staff member. Besides being a student, I've been working in the catering industry for a long time, and I've never seen such a thing here in town or elsewhere. Needless to say I strongly discourage the consumption in this restaurant. Shameful. Thank my parents that in order not to spoil a beautiful day as the finish line of the graduation did not make controversy in order not to spoil the whole day of celebration."
