"After 2 years of being unable to travel to Benidorm we finally made it to one of our favourite restaurants. Boy was it well worth the wait . Due I would think to the pandemic Salva has really opened up the restaurant with lots of outside seating and it looks fab . The menu is now quite extensive compared to previous visits) I would put this down to the fact it’s now a lot busier. After all the hard work Salva has put in over the years we were really pleased to see this . If the menu was also in English as well as Spanish I’m sure it would be even busier. The food is modern Spanish Mediterranean and it’s exquisite. As always there is a very extensive choice of excellent wines perfectly matched to our meal . The service was excellent and super friendly."

My wife and i have been coming here for a decade or more. The menu, always wonderful, is being perpetually reinvented. The attention to detail is worthy of the best restaurants in the world. The service is second to none. And the atmosphere combines high end dining with comfort and homeliness. I thoroughly encourage anyone visiting southern Spain to make a trip here. You will not be disappointed

Fuimos por recomendación de un conocido y fue un total acierto, tiene una carta bastante variada, pedimos una ensalada (ensalada con queso de cabra y nueces con tiras brie), un entrantes de pescado (gambas al ajillo) y entrante gourmet (huevo a baja temperatura con torreznos y trufa negra), estaba todo buenísimo, mejor dicho de rechupete, además tienen pan y cerveza sin gluten, gran variedad de vinos y no es excesivamente caro... Gracias
