"La Cantinetta di Bolgheri delivers a bit less, than what it could do, given the menu and the ingredients available. We got both good and bad; good, the tagliere, which was diverse with a lot of different cold cuts and some sour porcini; bad, the bread: in four, only 4 pieces of bread, which was also a bid stale. Good, the pappardelle al cinghiale, but, I concur with some reviews, it was just ladled on top of the pasta; bad, the Scottona hamburger, which is served w/o bun. Do not call it hamburger, call it something else, so you do not disappoint. Anyway, being the restaurant part of a wine shop, the wine list is quite important and expensive (but, come on; who is going to order a bottle of Sassicaia for 2000+ euro at the table? . We order a glass of wine, which was exactly 0.10 cl (for 6.5 euro, a Sangiovese, from a flask... , which did not exactly entice me to order more. Given how the evening was going, this was our plan C; at the end, it was ok, but I would not say this should be the plan A of anybody"

After visiting the lovely village of Bolgheri we stopped at lunch in this delicious restaurant and we ended the holiday in the best way by eating very well. recommended View menu

welcome, decor, appetizer with fegatini and superlative wine. the cellar is very well stocked and the Bolgheri wine to the glass a real joy for the palate. not as he waited for the rest of the meal. take the walk that connects the village to the cemetery of granny lucia to the sports field
