"this place is a sound. we went because it was near the villa farnese. in future we will go to caprarola to eat here, and by the way, maybe they see the villa! a family business with a gracious reception and very well prepared...food often with a difference. pasta alla grigia with extensive pasta works wonderfully good. cinghiale viterbo style is a one-pot, delicate and full of taste. my wife had the organic eggs with truffles; generous with the truffles, simple and delicious. I had venenpolpette (meat balls) that were very good. they also make their own biscotti. locally grown high-quality ingredients, prepared with respect and tradition – but often with an interesting swirl. the hazelnut mousse for example. they do salumi and cheese plates, all local and delicious. we're coming back. By the way, if an earlier reviewer says “I can’t recommend this place very enough” it’s an English way to say that she can’t find the cake to say how much she likes it. it is not a critique, but a high praise."

"If you want a culinary experience that transports you back in time, you cannot miss the ancient Hostaria della Rosa. This restaurant, located between the ancient castle Anguillara and the subsequent extensions of the Riario family, is a real gem. The renovation of the premises has been conducted with an eye attentive to the history: during the excavations have emerged throws, of which one visible directly from the floor through a glass! The atmosphere is made even more suggestive by the presence of an ancient oven and a pillar to cruise and arches and times to sail. "We went to La Bella Venera for the lunch... and stayed there for about 3 hours... and were seriously thinking about staying for dinner. The food was sooo delicious. My wife took the duck (anatra), which she loves a lot, and it was very tasty and well prepared. My choice was a monkfish (Rana Pescatrice), and it was something unbelievable. Wrapped with a kind of bacon (yes, not a mistake, a fish wrapped with the bacon), it was a fantastic combination. There was also a pasta with fish for our son (which he ate in a couple of minutes), exciting sweets, good wine. The service was of the high level. And last, but not least, was the stunning lakeview."

"abbiamo prenotato in un hotel a ronciglione ed è successo con il mio amico in questo ristorante perché tutti gli altri il lunedì sono chiusi. E' stata una sorpresa! posizione curata e bella. Non appena si entra, si può vedere l'ambiente pulito, si può respirare aria fresca. prezzi giusti, e buon cibo è arrivato rapidamente. x la disponibilità celiaca (il mio amico è celiaco) ha preso gnocchi e sono stati favolosi. anche fare pizza senza glutine. servizio eccellente, infatti abbiamo voluto ringraziare gabriela x la sua cortesia, professionalità e simpatia! un ambiente molto ben tenuto e pochi intorno.
