"after several vain attempts to book as always complete, we had the chance to get the sesame for 2 one Thursday night. We were very welcome by colette, the mistress of the house. It's strange to go to eat in the restaurant to go through the stay of the house but the human warmth of the cheffe quickly made us comfortable. So we were only 2 to enjoy both the beautiful table in a nice setting and the sumptuous dishes that were offered to us tonight. The menu was displayed on a table, it was obviously the same as that of the website: mini cabbage stuffed with foie gras. St jacques with squash seeds, velvet potimarron/passion. Smoky homemade salmon, japon beaded pepperball, fennel cream, piquillo sorbet, pepper biscuit, sponge cake with spirulina. Grilled bar, dog sauce, jura wine mousse, peas, panais, carrot, polenta.Fraises with orange butter, financial, strawberry ice cream, The wording had sown the doubt in me.Doute who was quickly dissipated when the chieffe confirmed that there was no choice to make because everything was going to be served. After a flute of champagne as an aperitif the festival of senses began with the 2 mouths, followed the entrance, the dish and the dessert that I will not detail (please feel salty on the pictures). All I'll say is that everything was really delicious. Fresh and local products, divinely cooked, associations of surprising and unpublished flavours, perfectly mastered cooking, sauces to fall....At the end of the meal, we took an infusion for my wife and a coffee for me. Even the coffee was very good, it is far from being the case in all the restaurants. I found that most of the time, in a menu, there was often one of the dishes below the rest but tonight everything was at the top level and it is quite rare to be emphasized. This evening is now at the top of my best gourmet memories and I look forward to testing a new magical menu of Cheffe Colette."Creating on the cake": the menu changes every month!"
