"we were happy to have found a restaurant open in August to betting, especially with the reputation of the valence chief. It was missed:- missed the location in a sinister street- missed the room without a window behind the kitchen that gives the impression of a failed cellar the decoration of the walls, the pseudo worn carpet or pseudo-stained carpet and the flowers on the tables ridiculously too high- missed the table stuck between stairs and pillar. The waiters broke behind my wife all night.- missed the service that hesitates between sophistication and relaxation - especially missed the kitchen. choice between two menus, no card. dishes that accumulate flavors and multiply spices but without consistency. the gilardeau oysters (cuites?) have lost all sea flavor and covet a cucumber jelly the barely saved by a tea sorbet and coffee unrelated to the rest, the signature berlingots are green but the matcha tea is absent under the too powerful cheese that crushes everything, the mackerel with tea lapsang souchong is actually a few fish lamelles without much I said it and to compensate we had a pre dessert (one-third of the new dessert of the week: a bowl of chocolate-coated ice cream and a chocolate sauce with some bunny flowers that bring a minimum of freshness and originality to this dessert without interest and especially spoiled by an intense pepper finish. I love rhubarb and so I chose the rhubarb dessert: disaster: a diagonal line in the plate with 4 mini sections of rhubarb without taste and an accumulation of small elements without rhubarb sometimes good but without any consistency of the dish that has a lot of flavors but no rhubarb. The only moment of emotion was the amusing mouth: a beet spuma at the coffee with below the little beet dice at the mint: extraordinary. much better than the peanut marshmallows that make think of a Chinese restaurant gift.To be honest I have to say that my wife was more satisfied with her choices: tomatoes, chicken egg, handcuff and raspberry. I tasted and was struck by the intensity of spices that mask the main product. The wine list is impressive and very tempting (poilly smoked from dagueneau) for which has the means but the choice of wines with glass is very dull. the sommelier runs in any way without providing advice or passion. Well sad. I had trouble for all Japanese people who thought they could enjoy the good French cuisine. I can't figure out how a chef can be satisfied with these dishes. I was wondering, but what is the guiding idea? mystery! Really missed."

excellent table, excellent service, very charming sommelier (and cute), very fine dishes, very delicate, very beautiful dishes, the place is very pleasant although at the first little warm, it turns out perfect for a couple party, with friends. The wine menu is perfect and allows to taste according to its budget. View menu

Good lunch menu at 59€, I recognize the quality of the dishes and the work that there is behind on the other hand there are a few small hics but really very small already the entrance has hard to eat and for dessert there had an association of citrus and coffee that I didn't like too much but it's very subjective. In any case, I prefer to retain the dish that was delicious

very beautiful place, the decoration is not overloaded, amazing paintings of leather sculptures,Reasonably casual service, which avoids the too much to which some starred restaurants are felt extremely sought after, which combines many flavors (betterave mint coffee !) in a successful and very mastered way, each dish is an artifice firework,With a limit: when the Parisian fireworks are too much mastery.

The frame is charming. the staff in the room is very young and not competent (in August). We enjoyed the eightres in the entrance: good. Then, we ate herrings accompanied by risotto mele to celery: very heavy, large portion, quite rude and not delicate. For the choice of wine, no advice from the young sommelier (compared for a week)...I remember a lunch at valence in mme pic which was quite different. I don't care. View menu

great experience, we took the tasting menu of 7 services (3 admissions, two dishes and 2 desserts) with alcohol-free drinks. the menu is varied and delicious we especially liked the marinated beef tomato we found very original alcoholic drinks. a surprising experience with different non-alcoholic drinks ranging from tea, fruit juice, infusion, etc. service was excellent, the description of the dish and explanations were very clear. all food constraints have been taken into account. I recommend this restaurant.

modern restaurant and design in the heart of paris with very worked cuisine. the cooks' brigade (four that day) is an offer before us, which adds to the friendliness of the place. you can admire the precision and rigor of their work, their concentration and their calm. the result is in the plate: Saint-Pierre tasty to the perfect cooking, dessert based on raspberry (rhubarbe-pop horn for Madame) delicious. Multiple side ingredients increasing the flavor of each dish, served by a young, smiling and thoughtful team (the mouthful with a little coffee having been very little consumed given my little taste for this flavor, is nicely, without asking, replaced by another tomato). A very good gastro...
