"Myself and my family (my father, mother, sister and my boyfriend) attended the barbecue and rock and roll music hosted by the restaurant on Tuesday 4 September. The hotel looked beautiful so we had high hopes for the restaurant (we were not hotel residents). We could not have been more disappointed. Firstly, the barbecue was not lit. The rock and roll singers were still practicing at 8pm so the show had not begun. It all seemed strange. Our waiter, whilst taking our order made no conversation and paid very little attention to our table. Instead, he chose to engage with other diners while taking our orders. The menu was sparse. My sister saw a carbonara pasta dish on the children’s menu and asked for an adult version (we offered to pay extra for the extra portion) but we were told point blank NO. Instead she opted for chicken brochette, as did I. My boyfriend and father got steak and my mother got seafood. What we received was undercooked seafood (2 raw prawns on a skewer which made my mother very sick the next day) the chicken was rolled up fat on a skewer. When we delved through the fat, the chicken was raw. The steaks were full of gristle and not edible. Nobody had an edible meal in front of them. We were given bread at the start of the meal and we ate that instead. We had no table service. We asked for water which was not received. Sauces that were meant to come with the meals never came (although we couldn’t eat the food regardless). When a waiter finally came over and saw our full plates and disappointed faces, he didn’t even apologise or ask what the issues were. He just took the plates away. We got the bill (we are not the type to kick up a fuss even though we feel we should have only paid for our drinks), the waiter told us he had halved our bill. When we looked, it was €93. He had taken one chicken dish and one steak dish off the bill. We couldn’t eat any of the food so this felt outrageous to us. We were charged €9 for 4 pieces of bread as I did not take a slice. We paid begrudgingly and left totally let down and hungry. The entertainment was shocking. Reminded me of the audition stages of the X Factor. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs."

Viernes de septiembre al mediodía. Dos comensales. Pedimos hamburguesa y secreto ibérico con salsa chimichurri, la comida estaba rica y la carne como la pedí; de postre un coulant de chocolate con helado de mango que estaba muy rico. Atención amable y servicio rápido. No pongo 5 estrellas porque no pudieron hacernos el descuento de socios (habíamos pagado pero entiendo que no sería un problema devolver lo que correspondía). Comida, incluyendo postres, bebidas y café: 50€.
