"I was very excited for a wine and cheese pairing at the wine cellar of La Fauxmagerie. Our group was instructed to choose 3 different tastings, which we did. Service was quite slow, but we very much enjoyed the cheese and wine, so it did not bother us. Then, after our 2nd tasting, we were told that we would not be able to have our third choice because we were so slow. This was very disappointing, because we were very much enjoying the evening. We opted to take the 3rd tasting with us. We were still charged full price, even though we did not have our wine. I felt that the server was abrupt, and we paid a price for their sluggish service. Unfortunately, a very enjoyable evening was ruined because poor customer service."

New location inside Purezza, we enjoyed the fondue to share for £36 with a selection of bread, olives, ham etc. Good wine and cosy atmosphere!

La Fauxmagerie is a must-visit for anyone who loves artisanal vegan cheeses. We received some samples, and they arrived in excellent condition. We were so excited that we created an amazing cheese board. They also offer aged vegan cheeses, including an incredible blue cheese. I only wish they were closer, but they do provide mail service.

Went to their cheese cellar for dinner which is a tiny restaurant underneath the shop and had a fantastic time. It's so cozy and the staff are so informed and helpful. We had two platters each and then the Camembert to share at the end (all with the wine pairings) would highly recommend for a romantic evening for two! Updated from previous review on 2021 11 07
