Emplacement vide pendant 3 ans; maintenant, c'est super pour le voisinage, il y a le restaurant FELIX, une des meilleures adresses du 15ème, pour un restaurant jeune, simple et décontracté. Prix très raisonnables (formule déjeuner dans les 20€; diner dans le 35€).
