stop for lunch during a long business trip. we were the only customers but given the period and the area is there. we only took the appetizer as it was very abundant but I would have liked to taste some other dishes. I will certainly stop again if I pass.

Honestly, the food is good, but what you pay for it does not really justify a visit to this place lost in the middle of nowhere. Years ago it was still a good place to go, but now I don't think it even fits in this typical family-visited Southern-Italian seaside area, where middle-to-low class families spend their cheap summer holidays. Honestly, you can get just as good (or even better) food driving on a couple of miles until you get to the center of Villapiana Lido.

I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child and it was my favourite. After 15 years living away we decided to go and have dinner here and we were very disappointed. The classic spaghetti alla fonte were not even close as good as they were. Yes a change of chef can do that but it was like a completely different pasta. We got also some mixed grilled fish and it was embarrassing to say the least. The sword fish was burned and served with the burned part down as you're stupid and you wouldn't notice , most of the rest was just frozen **** but the worst thing was the prawns cooked with the poop shoot still In it.
