"I would like to press that I rarely write reviews, unless the menu hits me significantly. this time tasting the menu, I got a tear from the goodness of the dishes. very cozy place and parking extremely comfortable. the waiter was very nice and recommended a red wine perfect for the matching of the dishes we chose. I chose the cutters with real lemon clams and whisk of mullets. simply fantastic, the lemon was present, but perfectly balanced; without overtaking other flavors. my partner opted for fresh blueberries with porcini mushrooms, fresh blueberries and crispy speck of the Alto adige. And these very good ones. with our surprise, the blueberries matched very well with mushrooms and speck. as a second dish, we divided a chateaubriand of Piedmontese beef with roquefort cream, being quite large (about 800g.) we requested cooking blood. is served on a boiling ollare stone. so we could swallow it with the various types of cooking, since leaving it on the stone. cooking continued. It was so good. practically you could cut with a grissino, even the last pieces we left on the stone on purpose to try the meat well cooked. the cream remembered the zola, and informing me on the internet is a French cheese quite similar. for the great dinner and for the great evening, I paid the right. We'll definitely be back when my shifts and my partner's shifts will match."
