"we had lunch here after the view of the drain: Unfortunately not everything went well. the egg in the coccio was completely raw, the tartare was really very coarse (the good meat but it could not be called tartare because the cubes were of very large size) and the tagliatelle to the chianti had sticked, forming agglomerates of pasta. Maybe the whole thing was dictated by too many reservations."

I celebrated my birthday tonight at this beautiful restaurant in part of a castle in Fabro. The chef Juliano was warm and welcoming and made us cocktails and a fabulous dinner! The antipasto pecorino with honey and nuts was amazing, and the boar ragu particularly fantastic. Our dessert was similar to a Napoleon or Mille feuille…so delicious. It’s a wonderful place!
