"a delicious restaurant, managed with love and dedication. not suitable for neurotics or rude masses. excellent raw ham, the first homemade delicious, the very good Florentine presented in a plate of cast iron, delicious potatoes, good local wine. the location is beautiful, a medieval inn. the kind and attentive waiter, managed about people alone. a real slow food. recommended restaurant not for everyone. We'll be back."

Unfriendly staff (young waitress) and prices too high compared with other good restaurants in the region. Would not advise this place to friends or family.

under the roar of fabro here is a nice restaurant. cozy and spacious inside. Service available and kind. Good plate cheese with truffle, the first (provided the peas at the aglione) made in the house, and also desserts. also available with my son who took the peas with only tomato sauce. We also brought our dog. Average prices. View menu

I celebrated my birthday tonight at this beautiful restaurant in part of a castle in Fabro. The chef Juliano was warm and welcoming and made us cocktails and a fabulous dinner! The antipasto pecorino with honey and nuts was amazing, and the boar ragu particularly fantastic. Our dessert was similar to a Napoleon or Mille feuille…so delicious. It’s a wonderful place!

we had lunch here after the view of the drain: Unfortunately not everything went well. the egg in the coccio was completely raw, the tartare was really very coarse (the good meat but it could not be called tartare because the cubes were of very large size) and the tagliatelle to the chianti had sticked, forming agglomerates of pasta. Maybe the whole thing was dictated by too many reservations.
