I loved that experience. A gourmet dish in a simple atmosphere. The welcome is warm. No menu. Surprise as it goes. In short, I love and recommend.

Cadre et concept du menu unique sympa tout comme l'accueil. C'est bon dans l'assiette mais.... les portions sont vraiment petites. Tout est calibré au plus juste - voir trop juste. Il en va de même avec le vin sur l'accord met - vin. Dommage.

La carte préparée par le chef est insolite et innovante mais une fois les assiettes sur la table la surprise se transforme en véritable révélation. De beaux produits bien travaillés et une cave de qualité pour accompagner le tout. Je recommande pour la qualité d'un étoilé sans en payer le prix...

Experience gastro with a lot of conviviality, a top quality in the plate and a very pleasant service without being guinded... A star removed because I found that despite the 7 cheese dishes I still had a small hollow. It's a shame, it'd be enough to have a little more generosity in the plate so it's perfect. Very good evening though.

Simply the best boulogne restaurant (quality price service). The different reviews I see here do not take into account the quality value of this restaurant. Where can we find in Boulogne a restaurant that offers a gourmet menu for 38th. So bravo to the elbow machine team for your work and especially don't change anything you're great!

Nothing to say about the dishes, from the mouth to the dessert we have enjoyed. Unfortunately we spent the evening in an ice-cold restaurant (heating problem) and despite the extreme kindness and good mood of waitress and chefs, we felt that the rodage was still underway and the cadencement of the wine chord clearly deserves to be adjusted. With some adjustments, there is a real potential for this restaurant to become a renowned table

Bravo to the Coudes Machine team! We discovered the Coudes Machine Saturday night for the first time and wanted to share our experience. Despite the breakdown of the heating in full service and the great disarray of Julie the house mistress, we do not regret our experience! An 18/20 ... and know that my husband and I will certainly not hold you for it! You couldn't do anything about it, so why would you want it? The reception was perfect despite the circumstances and that’s what made us stay in spite of the heating failure... The mistress of the house and the chiefs were adorable and in little care... We greatly appreciated Julie’s humour, despite her immense awkwardness of seeing us dinner...
