"Booked the day before, we arrive a little late, no worries for the welcome which was charming: First glances, the dining room is cozy, the armchairs cute, the restaurant decor is trendy. Low volume music giving the nice soundscape. The starters were as tasty as they were well presented, even a little surprise in the association of tastes. The dishes, more traditional, were very well made, no errors in cooking or seasoning, the sauces highlighting the meat well, and the effort of presentation always welcome. The wine advice was perfect, my glass of Corsican wine was even surprising and went wonderfully with my beef. We were able to taste only one dessert, because we had eaten well before, the chocolate cake was very good as well as the accompanying vanilla ice cream. "super nice and casual restaurant. not a huge choice, especially for my vegan partner, but what we had was really charming. My limousine steak was juicy and full of flavor and accompaniments were just as good. the service was quick and discreet, we felt warm and welcomed. an improvement would be that the vegan curry has more spice and piquant. "Only just of the beaten track which makes parking much easier! This restaurant is expensive in relation to others but is good value considering the quality and service. The menu takes a bit of working out as prices for steak are quoted by weight (multiples of 100gms) and the minimum weight you can order is also stated. To make matters more complicated you can also chose how many weeks the meat has been matured for. Whether you choose Classic or 4 week mature, the quality is all good and extremely well cooked. Even meat cooked very rare is melting. This is a "proper" steak restaurant so make sure you go for the steak. There are fixed price menus but I would keep it simple. Steak, chips with its side of vegetables. Pork and lamb is also available and there is a concession to non-meat eaters in the form of a mushroom omelette. I am sure it is delicious ......Wine is also priced at the top end and excellent. . House wine is also very acceptable.Whenever we have visited the clientele have been all French from the professional classes who are there to see and be seen. Its fascinating ! One little niggle. At the price, the amuse bouche could have been more exciting than a thin slice of fairly mundane salami with a chunk of bread. For faux filet (250 gms) and a large entrecote steak (450 gms) , with a bottle of AC Beaujolais the bill will be around 70 Euros. A starter and pud could increase that by at least 20 Euros. Nevertheless, recommended for the quality, service and ambience. The staff are really charming."

"Family to share a meal. First time I go back to this pub/resto. I immediately enjoyed the atmosphere. The quality of the service is at the rendezvous and the dishes offered are excellent. The blue burger is good and special mention to the skewer of duck magret, beautiful and consistent. To redo, but this time, in bands of friends and couples (without children lol) to enjoy the max of pressure beers and the atmosphere of this pub."

"We came for the second year in a row for a company Christmas meal. The welcome is absolutely perfect, everyone takes great care, the meal was excellent just like last year, thank you for adapting to our son Sacha's allergies ; The improvisation theater entertainment was just great, a perfect evening.
