"It was my second visit to Dolce Style Novo. My first was 3 years ago and this time had been during a colder season, so the menu and experience was completely different. Tonight we had dinner outdoors on the terrace while the last time was inside. Outside was so beautiful with views of the garden and the beautiful palace stone. The service was really impeccable. I don't eat fish (a preference, no allergy), and the waitress made sure to bring a second option of butter for me as the standard anchovies had in it. I found it particularly thoughtful, because bread is not the main focus of a meal for me at least, and they already had oil as another option. It really felt like no detail was too small. Every dish brought to the table was perfect. We had the 5-course menu, with wine tasting, I even found the wine to be unique and pair well brought with every dish. There was no rain forecast, but just before dessert there were raindrops. We hoped it was just a few sprinkles, but it was really a crash. The staff was really prepared for the worst. They rushed into a table and seemed very coordinated. The inner ambience is also beautiful, with a beautiful marble floor. We finished our meals in the interior and received a screen for our return journey to our car. Another nice service detail. I recommend this restaurant. The value is really there and it is a magical evening."

"We only ate sandwiches because the restaurant was full. I put 4 stars and not 5 because the rating is definitely improper, at least partial. We frequent this place of the herd for some time and after various vicissitudes and management changes the impression is that, finally, the staff is helpful, kind and professional. the sandwiches were excellent, with fresh ingredients. the dishes we saw passing while we waited and then we had a meal in the garden, and were really inviting. the location is as beautiful as always."

"We went a few nights ago through TheFork. We chose this restaurant thanks to the many positive reviews present but they did not reflect our experience. Excellent octopus appetizer, two very little first worthy of a restaurant, the second a mixed fried of fish enterprise, served in a tiny sauce that seemed sweet, with 2 shrimps and only hard cuffs and totani, absolutely the worst dish. In addition, very big flaw is the lack of air conditioning, even wishing to stay we had to run away for too hot. We have been noted that the law does not allow it. I don't know whether it's true or simply you don't want/can adapt the plant to new regulations, but I can assure you that even if the kitchen was fantastic, it's impossible to stay with that temperature. Dear maid. I answer the restaurant: I don't know what reviews it has been referring to since it is the first and only one I do. In any case I have not accused anyone, but I have specified that we have been answered that by law it is not possible to turn it on in restaurants (pena a fine), and I limited myself to add that I do not know if what has been told is true or false (also because I ate elsewhere and I always found the air on), but maybe who knows others prefer to keep the customers and pay a fine for the air, I don't know and not within merit in the As for eating I'm sorry, but excellent reviews have not been respected, except for octopus appetizer. "Entri e respiri l'atmosfera delle trattorie piemontesi negli anni Sessanta, tutto ben curato e volutamente mantenuto come una volta Il servizio è ottimo e veloce, il menù tipico anche se ridotto. I cibi sono sì ben cucinati, ma mancano di nerbo. Penso che per scelta aziendale si cerchino sapori tenui e poco personalizzati, tesi a non stupire negativamente i turisti provenienti dalla Reggia di Venaria Reale. L'insieme risulta piacevole, ma edulcorato. Comunque le cotture perfette e i dolci davvero ben fatti. Titubante sul voto finale, decido sulla base dei prezzi, che sembrano molto convenienti ma poi ti ritrovi coperto, un litro di minerale e un quarto di vino (anonimo) e finisce che in due si spendono di base 10 euro. Il conto, non alto comunque, non produce un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo."
