"My husband and I were wandering the streets and thought this restaurant looked delicious. The waitstaff was very welcoming and once they knew we spoke English, the offered us a menu in English and proceeded to speak to us in English during our dinner. The happy hour was well priced and the dinner was fabulous. I got the sausage with mashed potatoes and my husband had one of their burgers. He said the hamburger meat tasted more like a steak than hamburger. We would definitely recommend this restaurant."

Stopped for a quick lunch, had the Croque Rustique, fries and salad followed by profiteroles. Tasty and filling. Good service and reasonably priced.

The staff was friendly and fast in serving. There is a minimum amount of €10 if you want to pay with credit card, so better have some cash with you.

Typical french bar with a lot of passage. Breakfast was served within the minute. Pain francais , excellent croissant and good coffee & juice for 9 euro

My husband and I visited here for dinner. First and foremost, the waiter was odd, and stood over us while we tried to decide what to eat, not to mention his strange manner. Then the food came. My husband's lamb mainly consisted of fat and bristle, and my pasta was quite dry :( View menu

Stopped here on the way home from visiting the odd little Musee Gustave Moreau. Surprised to have large portions of well executed food. Friendly service and a nice little people-watching spot, as it was all open to the street on a spring day. Nobody else there was speaking English.

Location was great! But here endeth the positives of this place. The penne pasta, when it arrived, was laughable. Merely a few sheaths of cooked pasta, a jambon roll, a shred of basilic, and no sauce to speak of. I've gotten better in a Sodexo pastabox. Service was non-existant and the prices excessive for that. If you want better food, ascend up the hill a bit and you will fare far better. View menu

Windy rainy day in Paris. Near to the big department stores and always bustling this is a good traditional eatery. It's on a busy junction so plenty of people watching and if there on a nice day it's a sun trap. Good food - I had salad with gizzards and my companion had croque rustique aka cheese mountain on toast. Plentiful delicious and good service. It is what it is, in that you squeeze in, order and tuck in.

My husband and I decided to give this eatery a try. The menu offered a variety that seemed tasty. They seated us in the path to the kitchen even though there were plenty of other spots. The food was ok, but when presented with the check, the waiter pressured us into adding a gratuity which would already be included in the total. He assured us this was untrue, but unless the rules have changed this was inappropriate.
