La Taverne Giroise - Menu

Bien situé dans le village, cet établissement propose un petit assortiment de "tapas" qui permet un petit grignotage sympathique.

Nous y etions pour un simple rafraichissement.Après un accueil assez froid et sur une remarque la patronne (?) s'est montré bien plus sympathique... et nous avons apprécié.

de passage en empruntant l'un des GR ves St Léonard des bois. Accueil sympathique, local décoré à l'anglaise. Excellent tea timer ou beer time aussi. A découvrir absolument. View menu

Pause agréable au cœur du village sur une terrasse largement ensoleillée pour profiter des derniers beaux jours.L'accueil est charmant et agréable.La carte simple et pas chère par rapport à d'autres établissements de la commune.

très bien reçu, oui l'anglais mais bon on se comprend quand même, après une bonne marche ou il faisait très chaud le 15 Aout 2016... une tite fringale et un sandwich avec du pain frais pomme camembert génial, demi baguette rapport qualité prix top

Situé en face de l'auberge des soeurs Moisy, nous nous sommes faits un tea tome en terrasse au soleil : copieux et bon que ce soit le thé ou les scones. Un bémol : on a regretté le manque de chaleur de la propriétaire. Cela nous a semblé curieux tant les anglais sont accueillants. View menu

We visited a very rainy cold day in October. Had beautiful hot chocolates and cakes after a wet walk through the village and down to the river. Very warmly welcomed by the Scottish owner with whom we had a nice chat while our 18 month old loved playing with the toy in the back room.

After an early morning walk around the village it was great to relax over coffee in this Mots inviting café. The owner was happy to chat and our attempts to speak French. We even had a visit to Le Maire, who told us about the village and even brought us literature. If you are close, please go with, you will not be disappointed.

Was on La Taverne Giroise visiting the area after the 2022 Le Mans 24hr. Fantastic welcome from Chris very helpful and a great lunch for 4 hungry and thirsty visitors.
