"The Landgasthaus Grosser Krug is a very nice hotel. The rooms are simple, but good. The FeWos are comfortably furnished. It's about what the guest needs for a pleasant stay. We had carved with paprika and pommes and once with mushrooms and roast potatoes. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were from the can or glass. Fresh mushrooms would have made the carving good taste. The portions were good, the hosting friendly and fast. The ambience is well bourgeois. The value for money is very good.

We had schnitzel with paprika and french fries and once with mushrooms and fried potatoes. The former was ok Unfortunately the mushrooms were out of the can or glass. Fresh mushrooms would have tasted good for the schnitzel, the portions were good, and the service was friendly and quick. The ambience is good home-style. The price-performance ratio is very good
