"The first time there it tasted and the food was really good. On the way, the Michelin App led us to the deer to Ostrach. The Siedfleisch vom Bürgemeisterstück: delicate and tasteful. The horse sauce fits perfectly; it was pleasantly mild. Bread potatoes that were very well roasted. Bratkartoffen is not so easy to cook. The Red Beete dice matched the season to 8 degrees. The side salad was a really fresh, crisp salad; the ingredients were all fresh. Also the greeting before: Griebenschmalz with white bread was delicious and shortened the waiting period."
