"A business that has been on the go for decades, this trattoria no doubt will continue on for many more decades. We were seated by chance beside the meat slicing machines where several legs of prosciutto were available so we had to taste. We had...24 year old prosciutto that was so thinly sliced you could see through it, was so dry it was a pleasure to eat as well as being fragrant and mildly flavoured, a delight to eat. We progressed on to pasta with pumpkin stuffed ravioli, a personal favourite and here was an excellent example of this simple dish done very, very well. Pasta with clams was full of flavour, lots of clams and no broken shells excellent dish. We over ate by trying the ossobucco, a chicken dish and a slow cooked beef stew, again all excellent but our hunger was well and truly sated by this point. Desserts looked great with a deeply rich chocolate cake on display alongside a collection of flavoured grappa. Well worth a visit and do try the local specialties"

Trattoria Ronzoni: un nome, una garanzia! Venni qui ormai due anni fa e ci sono tornato oggi a pranzo; la qualità del cibo si sente e non lascia spazio ad alcun commento contrario. Antipasto misto di salumi, tortelli di spinaci e tortelli di prosciutto e crema di parmigiano. 5 stelle non basterebbero per valutare questo locale!

A small but comfortable place in the heart of Parma where you can taste nice dishes from the typical parmesan cuisine and other suggestions depending on the season. We chose plates from the carciofata list, a menu now on, based on artichokes proposed in different...tasty ways (deep fried, a la giudia , sautees, on the tagliata... and so on) . Some of the desserts are really delicious, such as bomba ungherese .

Capitati per una festa di Laurea, menù concordato precedentemente, e saletta completamente dedicata a noi secondo piano . Camerieri cordiali e competenti, anche perché il clima è stato molto festoso. Primo della tradizione, una pasta ripiena, ottima. Un secondo, duchessa, sempre ripiena, ottima anche lei. Ma il dolce, indecente, completamente immangiabile.
