The premises of this restaurant is very cool. Book one of their Chambre Separeé for a different restaurant experience and ask one of the staff to tell you the history of the place. The food and wine was really great as well.

simply passing the entrance door, you can feel the story jumping from the walls. the history of this centennial restaurant is fascinating, but food, service and atmosphere make it the place to visit to betting. A little expensive, but it's worth every penny. certainly high-end, but not high-end or arrogant. I'll certainly see again!

We dined at Laperouse as part of a travel group while in Paris. The building and restaurant have a long and interesting history, which the restaurant manager revealed to us during appetizers. The wait staff were attentive and diligent, and the food was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good and historical place to dine.

the decoration, wow! the most sexy and romantic place to have a date night. it is so chic and boudoir. eating was very good, but expensive (proven the ambiente.) the only thing I didn't like is that they push a bit for the second service so that it. a bit rushed. so next time we book the later table and can enjoy the party that starts later at night with great music. honestly, a very good address.

we rented an apartment about 100 feet right down the street. We've been in front of this place several times a day. My wife and I went to the lap overlooking the breast and were attracted to the interesting style of the ensign. We made a reservation for dinner and we were not disappointed. the building dates from the xiiie or the xive century and the restaurant dates from mid to late 1700s. which beautiful and charming restaurant; hosts and servers were all polite and friendly. food was very good and the atmosphere was even better. we are delighted to have found this restaurant without pretension and look forward to enjoying it again on our next trip!

The place, location and history of this Parisian icon are very appealing especially as it is still very vintage like back in the old days. The reception is excellent, the salons and personnal extremely nice, but the food is not at the level of exceptation.. it s a brasserie menu it s very well done but nothing wahoo really : my preference goes to the crab and the praline souffle : l agneau and the ris de veau were just ok ; the cheese plate was super disappointing, no choice, small portions with salad in a corner, let s be serious about cheese, we are in France !
