We will keep this little dream entrance that made us travel everywhere... this fish of great depths and a pigeon that made me fall back into childhood. Each dish is above Michelin stars. The desserts come to give you a rare and profound emotion. Thank you to Pascal Barbot to all those who are working, in a quiet Olympien, in the kitchen with him. New location for Astrance! Flawless for this former 3 Michelin star which is moving to 32 rue de Longchamp in the 16th arrondissement. Exceptional meal in a relaxed setting! A top-notch cuisine which for my part is worth 3 stars. A subtlety in all the dishes with a Japanese touch that combines perfectly.
