"having no habit of eating in gastro restaurants, we found the place very friendly. We were there in the evening. We were very welcome. very warm staff, listening, smiling and available. we took the 6-piece menu with the 5 glass of wines. perfect rhythm, good explanation of the dishes and wines as well as the choice of wine compared to the dishes. a little waiting for the foie gras in the pan, comforted by a glass of wine offered! For us it was not a meal but a culinary experience. We strongly advise him, to try and judge by yourself!"

beautiful setting, personal at the height of the situation, kitchen full of flavors unknown to our taste buds. In an excellent word. We'll be back. View menu

No doubt the best restaurant on the coast. a very pleasant welcome a impeccable service and a surprising cuisine. the staff is always at small care and very smiling. tastes of the flavors of the mixtures that sublimated our taste buds. Very nice discovery. The place is very warm. a delicious moment passes with friends. We'll be back soon.

disappointed overall. beautiful situation and pleasant setting; but for a starred restaurant, no originality in the dishes and without great interest (except elsewhere and dressage of any plate) in addition, welcome to the limit of "amability especially on the part of the rather dry, naughty and not at all. Too bad when you do this sharing trade! We're not coming back. View menu

It's a shame because the kitchen has very little flavor .. we went out of the table at 3 p.m. and at 5 p.m. we were hungry. lack of substance, lack of flavors. For a starry at 250€ the meal I find that there is no effort in the kitchen and even less effort on the part of the staff .. it is not worth this price. Looks like the waiter's trying to be kind. and the boss is really not pleasant....

fabulous location, splendid setting, view of the pyrenees. We've been regaled! The dishes were frankly on the top! waitress and the super nice waitress and good advice especially for wines. a flat for the manager who took our order but planted us at the moment she asked us what we wanted as an aperitif because untel came with a beautiful car. Then she went to see the beautiful car. and we didn't take any appetizer. Too bad.

"We had only one night to enjoy Biarritz. Our research led us to dine at Le O2 Verdun. It was the perfect choice. Francois took care of us all evening. He was both charming and perfectly attentive. He thoughtfully helped us chose our dishes (there were a couple of additions to the prixe fix menu) and Francois helped describe each dish to us because our French is not so good! The chef/owner is so incredibly talented! This is a Michelin star quality restaurant but it is inexpensive. Don’t let the low fool you! The quality of the dishes and their ingredients was exceptional! Every morsel of every dish was amazing, from the bon bons filled with local cheese and ham that melted in your mouth to the homemade foi gras, to the cod with peppers and spices that were so subtle but perfect, to the calamari special in a garlic sauce that was divine! Their chocolate fondue and brioche French toast were delicious! We were stuffed! All of that deliciousness for less than 60 Euros, 29.90 each! Of course, we paired it all with a variety of white and red wines. Francois was kind enough to help us as we chose each glass to pair with the food. Their wine list was not very extensive, but there were plenty of good choices at more than reasonable prices, both by the glass and by the bottle. If you have one night free in Biarritz, you MUST try this restaurant! You will be so happy you did!"
