"the accident on a rewarding restaurant, while the journey always leads to happiness, and that is one of them. the brasserie, which is open for lunch and Thursday/Friday Gourmand dinner, has a real cook in the kitchen. each court gives special attention. it is easy to cook with a magic whirlpool, fresh ingredients and fair trips. bark seems to be in the middle and at the days we ate here it was a plat du jour choice. while no French beef fan, this chef (olivier defosse) could make it change. his menu has at least and the choices of the main plate (as mentioned bark meat, but always another meat like pork or hawn), dessert choice. the daily menu is highly recommended, to good trips. here hits gum on the street and the talent of the cook can best be appreciated, even if the choices are not their favorites, they will be at the end. the wine list was more than sufficient, with selection of glass, pichet or bottle. again, quite expensive. the interieur is simple, peaceful, modern. the restaurant fills up quickly for lunch and lunch is sold out. it is located at the main entrance of the village, near the castle, so perfectly placed for visitors. it is served and excellent review by us, the type of food kept in the eye. ask for the Gourmand dinners (on Thursday and Friday), which were really a special and good value for money. we're sorry to miss it."
