"I have been having lunch very regularly at the alsace ball for several years and I would like to emphasize the freshness of the dishes prepared in the kitchen, the diversity of the menu, the listening and the kindness of the staff. the fish is perfectly well prepared and the sausage-algot is a must. on the esplanade of defense there are simply no other restaurants offering a better value for money. for quite a few years now i regularly have lunch at the ball d'alsace. the food is fresh, home made, personnel is attentive and kind and the menu offers quite a diversity of French traditional dishes. the fish is perfectly prepared and the sausage aligot is to die for. be sure to note that on the la defense esplanade you not find a better deal."
