We had dinner while staying at the B&B , this is a one star Michelin restaurant. We took menu gastronomique, 4 dishes delicious and wellmade, the wine was Pibarnon 2012 red from Bandol.

Excellent food in a pretty setting but very slow service. Waited 50 minutes from no arrival to any food at all and twenty mins before being given a menu or asked if we would like a drink. Good with that caveat

What a marvelous experience. The views from our table were exceptional and so was the remainder of the evening. Service was excellent and the food was well prepared even if somewhat skimpy in portion size. The wine was excellent and reasonably priced. The evening was expensive but well worth it.

They are litteraly emptying the fridge.Cook is serving behind buffet, super small portions like there isnt enough.The combination of the food was badly done. The meat was medium to cold but certainly rare. In general you had to line up 10-15 minutes with your p,ate.Like this the restaurant does absolutely not meite its one michelin star.

We stayed for 1 night at Le Castellaras and had a perfect stay. It was not our first visit to this magnefique restaurant but this time again it was excellent. The setting under big (shady during the day, illuminated during the night) tree with a nice view on Fayence is beautiful. Everything was nice but the carpaccio of langoustin and the mixed mushrooms with truffe we loved the most. All the dishes came with beautiful matching wines, and we could take plenty of it as we stayed in their B&B for the night. The premises are beautiful, they have beautiful garden with free ranging chickens and a nice pool and our cabin had everything we needed! Thanks and we will come back!

We visited this restaurant on a Monday night in early July 2017 at approx 19:30 in the evening and sat outside with a magnificent view to the hill top village of Fayence. The menu is short, very short. there are probably no more than three starters and three main courses but seven or eight desserts. In between each course (and even after the dessert) is an amuse bouche. So even though the portions are not large, you will leave the table replete. This is Michelin standard food clearly cooked and presented with great care. An excellent wine list. In total the bill for four came to 320 euros including aperitifs a bottle of wine and several bottles of water. I think this was extremely reasonable...

Le Castelleras is a wonderful restaurant with wonderful views and great food and wine. The restaurant sits overlooking the scenic village of Fayence and has really beautiful views from its terrace. Spring and summer are my favourite times of the year to eat at this fantastic dining spot. The restaurant is a family affair with a lovely warm and friendly atmosphere. I have always found the service to be warm and helpful. Most speak English for the non French-diner and I have always enjoyed a great night here. The restaurant offers a relatively narrow menu but I have found them very flexible and on one occasion I attended with vegan friends and this was no problem… they accommodated on the nigh...
