"we came to family at 4 without reservation for lunch after a tour of beaune and before continuing our trip. We were greeted with smile and professionalism. we chose the menu from here and elsewhere with cheese for 35,00€ per person. We appreciated the quality and refinement of the products. In the entrance, the garlic snail ball filled us, followed by a beef paleron simmered in wine 48 hours melting in the mouth with a very airy purée. We ended up with an excellent raspberry blown. Not to mention the mouths, you stabbing! the dishes were well explained, the service carried out with great efficiency. We were delighted to discover this restaurant which in our opinion is largely worth its michelin star. We highly recommend it."

We were very lucky, we were able to get a last minute spot for dinner, and we were enthralled by the fabulous tastes from each course. One would expect perfection from a Michelin rated restaurant, and they delivered. Worth every Euro!

We've been there. menu discovery and surprise. very high quality kitchen that won't make your michelin star mess up! This table is almost two stars. dinner on terrace, good quality service, both by fun and efficiency. the wine list is of good choice, but it must be admitted that the prices of the wines of Burgundy have reached surrealist limits. table to redo without hesitation. lunch with family during a tourist day. menu of the day. excellent value quality price on seasonal products (amuse mouth and mignardises included for 35€). beautiful colorful plates and rich of flavor. fast and efficient service. little more interesting with the coffee: chocolates (classic) but also pretty scented cakes orange blossom in small boxes that can be easily taken to taste at another time.

the garden is very pleasant, the tables are sufficiently distant from each other to preserve the intimacy. The staff is smiling, the welcome is coming.Congratulations to the chef whose cuisine is refined, sought after and tasty. papillae still remember lobster, poultry, chocolate cake/pralined. If we had to look for the little beast, it is rikikite: dishes served warm, not warm enough to our taste. An excellent culinary address with beaune.

pleasant and gastro-deserving welcome, beautiful shaded terrace. we have taken 3 menus (32€,35€ and child menu at 18€) which are the minimum rates. note that the child menu is real meal (menu to 32€ simplified,) nice presentation and fresh products. worthy of a gastro! superb wine map, but prices accordingly! we took 2 glasses of wines at 9€ and 13€. very pro staff, the manager apologized for the delay due to an error in the kitchen. Another advantage, hospices are 200m away! View menu

We were very well received only the staff was too speed: the waitress was walking fast, a stressed step. We were there to spend a relaxing moment, it was only at the coffee shop, when the 3/4 of the customers were gone, I took advantage of the moment. The cheese tray is disappointing: no chutney, nuts, grapes. nothing more cheese and choice is not very varied. service is discreet, pro. good food but nothing memorable.Very quiet place. A detail: a dynched candle in its candle has nothing to do on a table..It's annoying.

the location of the restaurant in the center of beaune, but quiet, is excellent. In good weather you should definitely eat in the beautiful garden. The price/performance ratio when eating we also found ok. it has tasted us all very well.In the course of the evening, the staff in the booked restaurant probably came very in stress - there is need for improvement so that the guests are served according to the restaurant level. at the end we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the bill. this is the only negative point for us this evening.

"Our 5th stay in Beaune and we were recommended this restaurant by the Gite owners.Lovely and Cosy. Has a small private tabled area at the back for small groups/couples but the real experience is up at the counter where you can watch the chef(s) in action. Entertaining and educating. Watch them prepare, cook and present your meal.SERVICEAttentive. Greeted, seated and provided a menu very quickly. Waitress maintained an eye on our wine and water glasses and made sure we were looked after. She was eager to explain all aspects for the set menu and wines.FOODGreat experience watching the chef’s from the 1st instance where they select and prepare ingredients for each dish. Developing the sauces, selecting the condiments and assembling the dishes with care and experience. The lunch was a delight. The dishes were well presented, superbly cooked and a joy to eat.WINEWine by the glass was excellent. We tried 3 different types of the white from dry to sweet. Reasonably priced and enjoyable. My only other observation was that the chef (who I believe is also the owner) often spent time staring into space while waiting for food to complete its cooking ritual and seemed quite distant. I had the feeling he had other things weighing on his mind. Would have been great to have a chat with him to add to the lunch experience. I hope whatever he was thinking about doesn’t stop him from continuing to run La Superb as they serve up a real culinary treat."
