"We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and had our breakfast and three evening meals in this restaurant, which is a part of the hotel. The first evening was not bad, as there was a set menu, supporting the tourist and business groups staying in the hotel. The wine list throughout was pretty good, aided by the senior waiter's knowledge and customer care. The second meal was pretty disappointing, not from the average quality of the food, but due to the complete indifference of the restaurant manager, who was overseeing more groups, but not actually assisting with the service, preferring to chat to females in the entrance to the kitchen area, while we waited at least 15 minutes for any form of attention. Eventually I went to reception to inquire what sort of 4 star hotel they thought they were running. This produced an immediate, positive response. The third meal was adequate. Breakfast was fine, but again the restaurant manager preferred to sit at a table and chat to a lady who was sorting out the accounts, rather than to see to the needs of his customers. The photo shows the typical lunch buffet menu, which is available during weekdays for a very reasonable 10 euros, which is very popular with the locals in this office area of southeast Rome. There is also an adjoining bar, open again at lunchtime, which serves snacks. Bizarrely, the bar is not open in the evening, which really says it all about this restaurant and bar in an allegedly 4 star international hotel. In summary, the waiting staff are good, the food average and the management poor."
