"It 's all about the wine this place boasts an extensive, well considered list of regional organic labels. Impressive. It 's also about the charismatic, big hearted, knowledgeable guy running the show. He 'll move Heaven and Earth to make his guests happy. He 'll even move the guests themselves, when rainwater gushes onto their table via the leaky roof. As far as the food is concerned ... well ... The pasta itself is fine. But the ragu seems like nothing more than bits of dry hamburger, and herbed butter really should include some herbs. A risotto is well executed (kudos! , but the main talking point is an unusual starter: a cold fillet of trout that has been breaded, cooked ... and pickled. It 's presented on a bed of baby courgettes (pickled , and inexplicably accompanied by a rubbery disk that turns out to be an egg (poached, vulcanised and pickled . The fish isn 't bad, actually. But it 's so eye wateringly sour that substantial mental preparation is required before each bite. A more than passible tiramisu ends the meal on a positive note. Visit this place. Have a bottle of wine, or two. You 're virtually guaranteed a good time, you 'll probably learn something about wine, and the staff certainly deserve the support. Just maybe eat somewhere else."

Lovely location, clean, in an intimate environment. We go often, the dishes are really good and carefully prepared. Wide choice of local and non-local wines, truly appreciable. Luca is really very good at both welcoming and pampering and advising the customer. Excellent value for money

Locale molto carino soprattutto la sala del primo piano ed il dehort esterno ma con queste temperature diventa difficile utilizzarlo…. Servizio veloce per la prima parte poi dolce e caffè si sono dimenticati di noi ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere!! Cibo molto buono e carta dei vini assortiti

This ended up being our favorite restaurant in La Morra. The service was very good and everyone was super friendly even though they were really busy. They have a great wine list and helped us find a good bottle to order. We ordered the vitello tonnato and it was our favorite with the right amount of saltiness to the sauce. We each ordered pasta and they were both excellent. The atmosphere had a local feel to it, which was nice. I would recommend making a reservation as they seemed busy all the time.
