"we went without failing at this restaurant, as it was recommended to us by friends who knew it, especially for it bollito misto cart. this strong dish (mixed boiled meat), widely used with variations in all northern Italy, is on her teller on the...Moment, choose meat from a car, according to their taste. it was a natural choice also for us. it proved to our expectations: the meat beef, but also pork was delicious and amazingly delicate: the mostarda di cremona, that in addition to the regular sauces we asked to season the meat, added taste. the bollito misto was the main court; but before we had also ordered two pasta dishes, which proved to be equally excellent: anolin (a kind of tortellino, typical of parma) in meat broth, and ravioli (locally called tortelli filled with chestnuts and spiced with meat sauce. it was therefore a complete, delicious Parmesan menu. this menu with mineral water and a quarter liter homemade wine and two coffees, was about euro: a deserved figure for this joy. the service was sometimes a bit slow as the restaurant was full (it was Sunday dinner); but good food also made us pass this (small) mistake. the environment is pleasantly retro, not unusual. I forgot: if you like dessert, you know that there is also a wonderful trolley of sweets. we didn't try them, but that was very welcoming."

What a special dinner we had here! Great pasta dishes and the traditional cart of boiled or roasted meats. No English spoken so you know it's authentic.

a cozy, traditional restaurant parma, which mainly serves meat, cooked or baked. not particularly friendly staff, primi not first-class (mined in italia that is punished), the starter we ordered (classic parma ham) was not so good, very fat and...coarsely cut. wein was cheap and good, Lambrusco-like, for per bottle.

Hotel and restaurant in it have already seen better times, and most of the clientele was also regular guests, but judging by their happy faces are not yet tired of the everyday ceremony with carts full of (over)cooked meat and second class, but...at least home-made desserts. Pros: Fresh baked bread was of highest quality and of excellent taste, and Parma's crude prosciutto was on the same level. A must try! Other guests were also eaten meat and various vegetables with great pleasure. Cons: A disorganized and somewhat coarse waitress was little offended, when we refused to have meat for a main dish and wanted to try pasta instead. Namely, we got them, but in such undersized portions, that we...
