"Very nice discovery. A very professional and very friendly reception and service. Fabrice is an exceptional server, very attentive, extremely jovial and particularly generous, a nice tasting of the two beers of the moment for our table. Beers are numerous and very good. The plates are generous and succulent and the sublime desserts (a beautiful waffle-style burnt ice cream vanilla) a slaughter. Very soon. An address to broadcast around you"

Fabrice welcomed us with smile and efficiency: the 3 rules were applied: a beautiful place, impeccable cuisine and well done service! Thank you to the staff... and to the management

reception and pleasant service. The dish was dry while the poutine is supposed to be generous. lack of cheese and it's a shame because the dish was good. fries are not houses and of medium quality. dessert, a waffle, probably industrial and too cooked so dry.

very pleasant reception, excellent meal. The very short waiting is not a good feeling. The atmosphere is warm, the address to remember. There's, no doubt, something to come back. and the best in all this, and we're unanimous. The best of servers is clearly maxim.

"When in Nantes at the last-minute, I used my TA app on my iPhone to find something great near me. I called, and the person I spoke to couldn't have nicer, and said "come on over". I did. The restaurant was virtually empty, despite the fact that a couple of other places I called were booked solid and had no more tables available. The "acceuil" (welcome) couldn't have been nicer. The choices on offer were a fixed formula of 2 entrées, 2 mains, and 2 desserts. I was told that this was as they use only fresh products. I chose a main of cheese/pesto stuffed ravioli with a cream, tomato and cilantro sauce. It arrived quickly, but was maybe room temperature. The hope of fresh cilantro giving a "twist" to the dish, was there, but a bit in the background. I was a bit disappointed, as I couldn't identify the ravioli as being "home-made". In fact, nothing seemed to be fresh/hand chopped, like the tomatoes. I had the bread pudding for dessert, and it arrived also room temperature, was clearly "home-made" with pears, and clearly bread chunks on the top, with a swirl of chocolate for garnish. It was a bit dry, clearly not made very recently, and the inside (where the bread aspect should have been well-infused), was not throughout. The top of the "cake" had hard, dry bread chunks on it. My impression was that perhaps it was a "slow day", and they weren't putting much effort into it by serving something freshly cooked. There was only one other diner in the place. On the other hand, the serveuse could not have been nicer or more helpful. They feature an interesting international, short wine list with everything available by the glass. The dinner menu (on the blackboard on the wall), looked interesting. I think it merits trying again, if they turn on the stove and start serving food hot off the burner, as the interesting menu seasoning is attractive. Great service, but the food was mediocre this day."
