"the atmosphere is that of a classic French gastronomic restaurant. it is divided into several good-sized table rooms with an appropriate quality dishes. the menu is excellent, the choice being between having an hors d'oeuvre and a main dish with cheese and dessert or having an extra "fish dish" (respectively 79€ and 95€). My entry from a lobster terrine was so good that it could have been served proudly in any restaurant in the country. the second turbot plate was also extremely good. My main stuffed bresse chicken dish was a little disappointing. he appeared in the form of a roll slice and was a little bit disordered, with not enough real chicken, which in itself was great. the superb course of normal cheese in a place like this was followed by an unusually disappointing dessert. Overall, this place justified its mark of a michelin star. Although expensive, it is the center of the Champagne region. I'll definitely be back."

I went there for lunch and dinner the same day. Even if the menu was the same for lunch and dinner, there were still many opportunities to diversify the experience. Tip: Say yes to the apero champagne cup, that's great!

I was several times in this restaurant hotel for work in the period 2015/16. the restaurant is superb, excellent quality of food and wines. the staff is very qualified, kind and professional. If I have the opportunity I will certainly come back.

we chose the menu at 79€. The food was correct, not bad but not great either. drinks were very expensive 14 € for a cup of champagne, 58 € for the cheapest bottle of wine. a pleasant visit with friendly staff, but certainly not worth the 120 euros per person. . . View menu

food at the restaurant was good, but with the price level, it should have been better. the atmosphere and atmosphere could be improved. The field was excellent. The hotel that goes with is simply clean and recommended. At any time. the recommendation also applies to home-owned bistro.

the chef patrick michelon leads a starred restaurant to the michelin guide with an attentive eye on the comfort of the customers, an excellent service by competent and well experienced staff, completed by an impressive wine map to meet all tastes. food offers the expected experience of a michelin restaurant.

the restaurant is one of the few of the gastronomy category to be opened on Sunday night. the place has a classic style, which is reflected in the menu. we chose the formula 2 dessert cheese plates. all well prepared, tasty, of quality. Very good service. I'll be back next time to epernay. but also try the restaurant's K7 brewery. View menu

"Château de cèpes" with "beautiful" and "beautiful" cheese, "fleur de courgette de pays stuffed with the first ceps of the Argonne forest, foie gras, a broth of dried cepes," "under the blue lobster, coral vinegar," "dos de St-Pierre simplement grilleé à la plancha, confit de in short that happiness as always! excellent reddish of brine of the bourdelat home to only 62€ to accompany these dishes. service always to small care. Digestive offered. Thanks again for the good time. good holidays to you (2nd half of August) and soon.

this very dated restaurant clearly lives on a star imméritée of the past. the entrance was a lobster terrine of cocktail sauce, served immediately in the institutional kitchen. Then a large piece of fish in sauce, without any decoration. the main dish was a very fat chicken rulade prepared in advance, just cut and deposited on a plate and the chocolate mousse for dessert was the worst I ever had. Brief, if a star for this, then credibility is completely lost and a derision for the leaders who work at a high level. Stay away is the message here and it's best to spend the 300 euros for 2 people on a bottle of gilded dom!
