Amateur of Spritz, I can tell you that the one prepared by Irene is of a stratospheric level. The map being very elaborate, it is difficult for me to recommend you a dish in particular, but since the mine is delighted with all the other gourmets present, I can say that everything is good to the "bad boys"! The Dorade, perfectly prepared, is accompanied by a gratin dauphinois to fall on the ground. The roasted tin is of the same acabit, the charolais beef melts in the mouth.
