"the culinary experience was not what we had expected, but I guess that is a very personal problem. the whole experience was a kind of give and take. at the beginning I don't like a funny guy especially than the front of the house (and I personally don't think. that fits to any Michelin-starred restaurant,) which does not give you so funny sweat, explains how a tablet works and how they can make a picture with their phone. the waitress who served all our meals was very professional and knowledgeable. each court had something amazing and something that is not so fitting. the foie gras was perfect, they expect that mine had many venes in it. the john dory was nicely spiced, but completely overcooked, and the garnelen added nothing to the court. we had the same question with the baptism that was served with a large amount of more bland tasting couscous. in this part of dinner we waited eagerly for dessert. the earthy were delicious, but nothing groundbreaking. the other dessert turned out to be a hearty sheep-cream cheese dish with tons of fried vegetables up. on its own it was very delicious, but it would be better to call it a cheese course instead of dessert. I think it's an equal weight that is missing both on the side of the kitchen and the service, and that's what a eating experience can make or slow down."

they would not happen to stumble this restaurant: it is located in a small villa on the outskirts of biarritz. but it's worth the trip. the interieur is refreshingly contemporary. I had asked in advance for a gastronomic menu as vegetarian as possible. the end of 5 of the 6 courses were vegetarian and I bet the cook would have been in the position, it 6 out of 6 so for all vegetarians, that is a good address

On our way to Biarritz, I found this 1-star restaurant and booked for lunch on Wednesday. It in is a calm residential neighbourhood and easy to find. We parked the car at the small street behind the restaurant. It is a small restaurant and not...crowded during lunch time. They serve set lunch menu and ala Carte. We decided to go for ala Carte even though set lunch is better value. We love the scallops and fish. Decent food and average service.

modern restaurant in a residential area of biarritz. excellent basque house, welcome, service without a single error, efficient and relaxing. we had a menu gourmand served with another wein for each dish. eating is very well presented and flourishes there...to! they can see and taste the fantastic work of the team from a large cook (e.). no wonder that she is a meilleur ouvrier de france. we had a fantastic Sunday dinner and we're coming back! we have the entire Rosiers team and thank you for the so good service.

Get a taxi and go have dinner here. No terrace tables but the classy modern touch wooden interior will serve you well. There is only one person servicing the tables but with his magical efficient touch he will make you feel always at the center...of his attention. The level of service paired with the chef performing an empathetic tour of the tables will make you feel a prince. But of course the food is king here! We had dinner a la carte. Perfect mozzarella mousse as amuse bouche. Crab meat: fresh and perfectly blended with herbs and sides. Deep fried gambas and seaweed : a poem. A strawberry and rhubarb match for a classic dessert with tons of light flavors added to it. It was a difficult d...

Deserves its star. A very simple, welcoming room. I have to agree with one reviewer who didn’t like the art on the walls, but thankfully we didn’t come to eat that! Service was superb and, contrary to what some people have said, it was very...warm and welcoming. They made accommodations for the gluten-free easily. My husband had the crab with artichoke, not quite the intensely “crabby” taste of our Maryland crab, but very tasty (and way better than west coast crab). I had the crispy shrimp. Heavenly! One of my husband’s favorite foods is ris d’veau but it always comes breaded and fried. The chef prepared his with no breading- delicate and perfect. I had the lamb. Also perfectly done. We both...

I was on my own so thought I’d treat myself. Looked this up and booked despite my hotel trying to send me somewhere else! I was the first in the restaurant which is intimate, only hosting a maximum of thirty people. The colours are neutral...and calm as is the decor. The waiters were most welcoming and attentive but not overly so. The food when it arrived was truly sensational and tone of the best I have tasted in many years, despite travelling the world and eating at the best addresses. The Fois Gras melted in the mouth and was followed by duck which was sublimely succulent and tender. Both the fois gras and the duck were accompanied by vegetables and fruits which blended superbly and compl...
