Entré un domingo para tomar el vermú y probamos las patatas bravas. Se dice que es donde más buenas las haven de Huesca, aunque es bastante caro por las poquitas que traen.

located inside the casino, this restaurant consists of two parts, one with terrace and one inside and the cards are different that we were having dinner inside and the food was exquisite. modern and traditional flavors presented in a fresh and surprising way. highly recommended.

Nice marinated with pink huesca tomato and red fruit ice cream. a pepper sauce rice with snails and olive ice cream, an original interpretation of traditional cooking flavors. after fish or meat: crispy chochinillo. Para el inicio unos snacks variados ,panes de diferentes tipos (el pan de tomate es delicioso). Bonito marinado con tomate rosa de Huesca y helado de frutos rojos.Un arroz de salsa de pimientos con caracoles y helado de ali-olí , una interpretación original de unos sabores de cocina tradicional .después pescado o carne: cochinillo crujiente .
